SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Economy Shipping on USA orders! Does not include shipping on returns.

Shipping and handling – We use FedEx and UPS for medium to large items and USPS. for smaller items. We also use private freight companies for extra large products. Ultimate Sheepskin reserves the right to choose which carrier is used for your shipment. You will be notified which carrier is assigned to your package(s) along with tracking information when shipped. Our system will email you this information (please check your spam filter). It is your responsibility to track your package to your location. Once delivered, if stolen, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement. Having a secure delivery spot is the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot be responsible for packages after they have been delivered. We can, however, supply you with the necessary documentation to file a police report.

Delivery Signature – “Signature required” may apply to larger items over $500.00 or upon request. You must be home to sign for your item. Two attempts will be made by the shipper. After which it will be sent back to our warehouse. Items shipped back will require additional shipping charges to resend. Customers will need to arrange for payment of these charges before we can attempt another shipment. If the order is cancelled, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred on their behalf.  Shipping charges, either initial or returned will not be refunded. Restocking fees may also apply.

Ready-made – Orders for ready-made items are typically shipped in 2 to 3 business days.

Made-To-Order (Tailor-made and items ordered with a specific color or style)– Orders for made-to-order items are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items can take up to 120 days to produce.

Shipping to Contiguous U.S. – Please contact us if you are wanting to ship outside of the contiguous U.S.
Alaska, Hawaii or Virgin Island residents may be required to pay additional shipping to these areas.

International Shipments – We do not accept orders for international shipments. Please contact us if you are wanting to ship outside of the U.S.
