RETURNS POLICY

Make sure to inspect your purchase upon delivery and let us know within 15 days of any discrepancies.

RA #: All products must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Ultimate Sheepskin for return. Items sent to Ultimate Sheepskin with out an RA# may be refused by our receiving department and returned back to the sender. Return Authorization requests must be made within 15 days of customer receipt of the items. After this time, all sales are considered final.

Qualifying for Return: Returns must be received in our office within 30 days from the shipping date in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with the original manufacturer’s tags attached and in the original packaging.
All paperwork, parts, and accessories must be included to ensure full credit.
Items that are damaged, soiled and/or in a used condition with missing parts or unattached tags will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Opened items are subject to inspection before they will be considered saleable.

Custom, Made to Order or Special Order: Products that are made to order or special ordered or custom, are non-refundable or will be subjected to a 20% handling and restocking fee. Please see the product page or contact us prior to purchasing to determine if your product qualifies to be returned.

Custom Size or Color: Many of our larger custom-order rugs and seat cover sales are final and can not be refunded. Please see the product page of the item for additional return restrictions.

Imported Items: Products that are imported can be returned without a restocking fee providing that they are not special ordered items that fall outside the products we offer.

Sale Items: If you return an item that goes on close out or sale, you will be refunded the lowest close out or sale price at the time it is received by Ultimate Sheepskin.

Refunds: Refunds on qualifying returns will be made to the original credit card account, less shipping and handling costs. If you received free shipping, the shipping and handling cost will be deducted from your refund. After your item is returned, please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund.

Warranty Returns:
All warranty work must be cleaned before being returned for correction.
The debris that collect in seat covers is destructive to sewing machines and could be a heath hazard to our employees.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for repairs.

Cleaning Services: Ultimate Sheepskin hires a cleaning service to assist in the proper cleaning of products. Costs are as follows.

  • Bucket Seat cover – $38.00 each
  • Bench Seat cover – $66.00 set
  • Pelt – $38.00 each

You will be notified where to return your products for returns or exchanges.

Sun Fade: Due to the nature of sheepskin, we cannot be responsible for normal color fade from exposure to sunlight.
